Shipping policy

Delivery within the European Economic Area is carried out by DPD parcel service, which usually takes 3–10 business days and typically includes courier delivery.

All other international deliveries are sent via priority postal parcel service / small packet, which may also include courier delivery, and generally takes 10–15 business days.

If an item is not currently in stock, it will be shipped once manufactured. Please note that manufacturing may take up to 4 weeks.

On average, the delivery period for all orders is around 10 business days. Customers will be informed of the estimated manufacturing and dispatch timelines, and a tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped.

Taxes and Duties
Additional customs duties or taxes may apply upon receipt of your shipment. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. MANTRA & MOVE is not obligated to notify customers of such costs in advance, nor are we able to reimburse them.
