We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Please include your invoice or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll review the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds on socks, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
